How do I secure my booking?50% deposit due at the time of booking. Remaining balance due 14 days prior to your event.

COVID-19 policy?If your event is cancelled due to COVID 19 restrictions, you will have a year to use toward a future booking. The deposit is only refundable if local, state or federal mandates or orders impact your event. In all other instances your deposit is non-refundable.

What is specialty linen?Sequin, Petal Leaf Taffeta, Rosette, Pinchwell, etc...

Are your letters made of foam or wood?Our letters are made of wood.

Is your tabletop for your letter/number tables, plexiglass or glass?"Our tabletops for our letter/number tables are made of glass.

How many hours is my rental for?Daily rental, all pickups are scheduled prior to 12am or an additional fee will be incurred.

What are the dimensions of your Hedge/Flower Walls?Our Hedge/Flower Walls are 8’Hx8’W freestanding.

Can we pick up items?No, we will deliver all of our products to your event to ensure a proper transport of all requested items to prevent damage.
